The scene was electric as Competitors and spectators alike were both graced and amazed with sports arena atmosphere for a Bodyboard competition while riding and performing on such a grand stage.

As the endless wave broke perfectly uninterrupted all day ranging in height from 5’ – 10’ at the riders wish, competitors took full advantage of the perfect conditions and practice sessions to perfect their routines before heat times came up.

The female division was an exciting final with Carbon team Rider Joelle Goforth claimed the Victory with smooth routines beating out defending tour champ Natasha Overin in 2nd and Shiho Miyasaki in 3rd . Luke Overin was smooth and fearless pulling under the lip and in the barrel at full strength earning the victory in the youth making it three in a row. Over 2nd place Mason Bender who was also slotted in some sizeable barrels. Jacob Caruso got his first victory of the season in the juniors division edging out Ryan Colle 2nd.
